This policy covers the data of those who visit the Site. It does not cover the processing of clinical or patient information within the Nexora PACS product: that processing is governed by the agreement between Nexora and each client institution, which acts as controller of such data.

Basic technical data generated by browsing, such as the IP address or browser type, processed by our hosting provider to operate and protect the Site.

4. How we use it

We use this data to respond to your inquiries, follow up on your request and keep the Site secure and working properly.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when contacting us and of our legitimate interest in responding and in protecting the Site.

6. Who we share data with
